SMS Opt-In Evidence

This is how guests of Gratitude Concierge (operated by Accelerate Advisors LLC) opt in to text messages: an unchecked, optional consent checkbox on their private invitation form, with full disclosures and links to our SMS terms and privacy policy displayed beside it. Guests who leave it unchecked receive no automated texts.

Accelerate Advisors Vendor Desk

This is how the charter brokers and ticket brokers we work with opt in to the Accelerate Advisors Vendor Desk’s texts (operated by Accelerate Advisors LLC): an unchecked, optional texting box on our public vendor sign-up page, with our terms and privacy policy linked beside it. The exact wording each vendor agreed to is saved with their sign-up. Vendors who leave it unchecked are emailed or called instead.
