Gratitude Concierge coordinates invitation-only stays at a private residence. When you complete your invitation form we collect your name, phone number, email, and stay details, and we use them for one purpose: coordinating your stay.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. If you opt in on our website, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Your information is shared only with the small team who runs the property (the property manager and household staff) and the service providers that deliver our messages, and only as needed to host your stay.
