Who we are
Gratitude Concierge is operated by Accelerate Advisors LLC. We look after a private residence in Downtown Miami and a companion office nearby, and we host guests by personal invitation only.
There is no public booking, no listing, and nothing to buy — guests are friends and family of the household who receive an invitation link directly. What we do is make the stay effortless: the details gathered once, the residence prepared, and someone reachable the whole time they’re here.
What we look after
Each guest receives their own invitation link, with the dates that are genuinely open and a short form to tell us who’s coming and when they land.
Confirmation, arrival instructions the day before, and a note when plans move — sent by text to guests who ask us to, and never to anyone who doesn’t.
Questions about the residence, the building, or the neighbourhood get answered in a private chat or by text — from the household’s own guide, not a generic help desk.
Cleaning and a stocked kitchen are arranged with the household’s own people around each stay, so a guest never has to ask for either.
How a stay works
Messages & privacy
Texting us is optional. The consent box on the invitation form is unchecked by default, a stay is booked exactly the same either way, and we never send marketing or promotional texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop them for good, or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Guest information is used for one thing — coordinating the stay — and is seen only by the small team who runs the property.
