Vendor Texting Terms

The Accelerate Advisors Vendor Desk, operated by Accelerate Advisors LLC, texts the independent businesses it works with — yacht and private-jet charter brokers, and the ticket brokers who resell our season seats — to coordinate the work we ask them to do: charter availability requests and quotes, a contract request once we choose a quote, and instructions to list tickets we have decided to sell. Instructions to our ticket brokers go to one group text with all of them. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

• You opt in by ticking the unticked, optional texting box on our vendor sign-up page, or by texting START to our vendor number. Either way, your first text from us confirms it. We never text a number that hasn’t opted in one of those two ways. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us.
• In a group text, the others in the group can see your number.
• Message frequency varies with the work (typically a few messages per request).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out — you are taken out of any group text before its next message. Reply HELP for help.
• Questions: email assistant@wolfingtons.com — we’ll get right back to you.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
